Hydraulic
Drive are ideal fittings used for precise torque control and adjustable
speed. The standard hydraulic drive systems contain hollow shaft
design allowing simple installation, operation and maintenance.
A hydraulic
drive system consists of a hydraulic pump attached to the engine
and a hydraulic motor connected to the propeller shaft.
The
motor is connected to the pump by hydraulic hoses. The hydraulic
drive system offers the advantages of simplicity, improved control,
economic costs and low maintenance. The engine in the system is
not connected directly to the propeller shaft that helps eliminate
the shaft-alignment problems common with inboard engines mounted
in flexible hulls.
The
hydraulic drive system works as an alternative to the mechanical
drive system. The hydraulic drive system is a powerful and simple.
It includes a hydraulic pump combined with low speed-high torque
drive motor that powers the bed chains. The speed of the bed chains
is matched to the truck ground speed by a simple electronic controller.
The hydraulic drive system has the power to load extremely heavy
cotton modules in adverse conditions.
